Resetting a completed checklist in Assurance

Full user type with update checklist result rights is required.
There may be occasions when the person responsible for a checklist marks it as complete but would like to revert it to in progress. This article provides step-by-step instructions on resetting a completed checklist
1. Accessing a completed checklist result
1. Select Checklists from the navigation menu.
2. Select Checklist Results in the dropdown menu that appears.
3. Select the result that you want to change by select on the Done status button.
2. Resetting a completed checklist to in doing status
1. On the Details tab, select on Set to Doing underneath the Done status button.
2. Enter in comments, then select Confirm.
3. The status will be set to Doing status (In Progress).
4. Select on Answer Questions to edit or continue answering the questions.
