Creating an Overdue Checklists Report in Assurance

The Overdue Checklist Report provides an overview of checklists that are currently overdue in your organisation. This article provides step-by-step instructions on creating an Overdue Checklists Report.
1. How to create an overdue checklists report?
1. To run this report, select on Reports from the navigation menu.
2. Under the Built In Reports section, filter for Checklists then select Overdue Checklist Report.
2. How to apply filters to the overdue checklists report?
1. Selecting on the magnifying glass icon, then filter the report by the desired Checklist Category.
2. To add additional filter, select Add Another Filter and filter by fields such as Checklist, Business Unit, Due Date or Person Responsible.
Please note
Another useful filter to consider is Type. If you don’t apply this filter, the results will show both Active and Retired Checklists. By adding a filter, you can choose to display only Active or only Retired checklists in the report.
3. How to configure the overdue checklists report?
1. To rearrange fields in the report, drag and drop them by selecting and holding the ellipsis.
2. To add more fields, type to search in the box below Fields.
3. You can also Sort & Goup your report by various fields, such as grouping by the Checklist Category.
4. How to add a summary and charts to the overdue checklists report?
You can also add a summary and/or chart to your report, which you can do by expanding the Summary & Charts section and then ticking the box next to which one you want.
The Summary can be based on Person Responsible or Checklist Category. You can select an Overdue Range. The Chart will always report on Overdue Checklists by Stages in the selected Overdue Range.
5. How to export the overdue checklists report?
Once you have finished setting up your report you can run it as a PDF by clicking on Export, or as a spreadsheet by clicking on the arrow next to Export and selecting Spreadsheet (note that the spreadsheet will not include the summary or chart).
The generated report will include the summary and chart at the top.
