Creating a Checklist Schedule and Status Report in Assurance

If you have specific questions that appear in various checklists and would like to create a report summarising the responses to these questions from the different checklists, you can easily do this with the Checklist Schedule and Status Report.
1. How to create a Checklist Schedule and Status Report?
1. To run this report, select on Reports from the navigation menu.
2. Under the Built In Reports section, filter for Checklists then select Checklist Schedule and Status Report.
2. How to apply filters to the Checklist Schedule and Status Report?
1. Selecting on the magnifying glass icon, then filter the report by the desired Checklist Category.
2. To add additional filter, select Add Another Filter and filter by fields such as Checklist, Business Unit, Checklist Status or Person Responsible.
3. To apply the selected filters, select Apply.
3. How to configure the Checklist Schedule and Status Report?
1. To rearrange fields in the report, drag and drop them by selecting and holding the ellipsis.
2. To add more fields, type to search in the box below Fields.
3. You can also Sort & Goup your report by various fields, such as grouping by the Checklist Category.
Please note
You can easily search for and add Fields or Checklist Questions using the search bar located beneath Fields. The checklist questions you see will depend on the filters you’ve applied. If you haven't set any filters, all checklist questions will be accessible. However, if you've narrowed it down to specific checklists, only the questions from those checklists will be shown.
4. How to add a summary and charts to the Checklist Schedule and Status Report?
You can also add a summary and/or chart to your report, which you can do by expanding the Summary & Charts section and then ticking the box next to which one you want. The Summary can be based on Person Responsible or Checklist Category.
This will display what the summary and chart included in the report will be based on. Now when you run the report the summary and/or chart will appear at the top.
5. How to export the overdue checklists report?
You can export your report as a PDF or Spreadsheet. Select Export for PDF or select the dropdown arrow for additional options. For a spreadsheet, select Spreadsheet to download a CSV file.
