If your Ideagen Policy Logic Safe Excursions site is integrated with one of our supported systems containing medical information - currently Operoo, TASS and Sentral - you will see the following "Update Student Medical and Ratios" button at the end of your excursion.

This allows you to check and confirm whether any information on student numbers or supported high-risk medical conditions has been made in the groups set up in your school information system, in the time between you starting the excursion risk assessment in STB and completing the assessment.

When you click the button, SafeTripBuilder will check if any changes have been made - if your student medical information and supervision ratios are up to date, you will see the following confirmation and can proceed to finalise and save your excursion:

If SafeTripBuilder detects that changes have been made in your student information system, then you will see the following prompt:

Selecting 'Yes' will synchronise and update student numbers and medical information, and take you back to step 2 (Student Medical and Ratios) to review and update your SafeTripBuilder excursion.

You can also select 'No' on this screen to save or continue editing your excursion with the initial student medical and ratio information, or to come back and sync later.

Schools without an Operoo, TASS or Sentral integration will not see this button.
