PolicyConnect Performance Issues
We’re committed to keeping you informed about performance issues and improvements in PolicyConnect. Below is a running log of known incidents, what happened, and what actions we’ve taken.
🟠Current Status
Last Updated: 4th June 2025 (4:00 PM AEST)
We’ve made some behind-the-scenes improvements to how Context Keys load, and the results are already making a difference.
After applying this update across test sites, we saw load times drop by an average of 75–82%. This means faster page loads, quicker access to content, and a smoother experience overall.
What this means for you:
You’ll notice Content now loads significantly faster, especially in pages with more complex setups or larger datasets.
We’re always working to improve your experience and will continue optimising other areas of the platform in the coming months.
Thank you for your continued feedback and support.
Performance issues ongoing – Monitoring continues during peak usage times.
📅 Incident History
Date & Time (AEST) | Issue Summary | Impact | Status | Actions Taken |
---|---|---|---|---|
28 May 2025, 3:40 PM | Spike in system activity | Slower than usual performance for some users, with pages unable to load, processes unable to complete | ✅ Resolved | Capacity increased. Affected components reset. Improvement to how the service is managed behind the scenes is underway. |
14 May 2025, 8:30 AM | System slow after deployment | Slow page loads | ✅ Resolved | Identified root cause; deployment safeguards now in place |
From 2 May 2025 | Ongoing intermittent slowness | Pages load slowly; content in context keys appears with noticeable delay | ✅ Resolved | Code optimisation has been completed and released 3 June 2025. This has resulted in the time taken to load context keys on a page reducing on average by 70-82%. |
28 Apr 2025, 11:25 AM | High memory usage during peak hours | Sluggish experience for some users | 🔄 Monitoring | CloudOps manually scaling; root cause still under investigation |
