Users who want to learn to preview and bookmark a custom assurance report.

No elevated permissions are required.

1. Previewing and resizing a custom assurance report

Select the Preview and Resize button to adjust the column width for different fields being reported on and to view the first ten rows of the report.

Note: Only the first ten rows of the report are displayed when you are previewing a report.

2. Bookmarking a custom assurance report

You can bookmark a report from within the report itself or from the main Reports screen.

Select the ribbon button in your Custom Reports list (middle column) to move the report to the Bookmarked reports section on the far left. Select the button again to remove it from bookmarked reports.
