Troubleshooting the "failed to get auth0 token because it is not authenticated" error

If you see the error "failed to get auth0 token because it is not authenticated" during login, it may be caused by an expired Auth0 Client Secret.
This article explains how you can fix it by creating a new Client Secret via Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory).

When attempting to access the system, users may see the ""failed to get auth0 token because it is not authenticated" error.
2. Resolution
To resolve the issue:
Create a new Client Secret within your Microsoft Entra ID directory.
Copy the new Client Secret value.
