PolicyConnect Release August 2025
📌 What’s new in this release?
We’ve added an Edit Content tab to the Tools Panel so you can:
- View all the questions needed to set up your content for a page
- Filter questions by Required/Optional and Complete/Incomplete
- See each question’s instruction, requirement status, and completion state
- Answer questions via a simple pop-out modal
- Track your setup progress with a progress bar at the top
Â
📌 Why is this better?
- You no longer need to scroll through long contextualisation guides
- Everything you need to answer is right there on the content page
- Filters and visual cues make it easy to stay focused
- It’s faster, easier, and clearer to complete content setup
📌 Do I still need to use contextualisation guides?
- Not anymore! The new Edit Content tab is designed to replace them
- Over time, these guides will be removed from your modules
📌 What’s the difference between required and optional questions?
- Required questions are marked with an asterisk (*)
- Optional questions are still useful but won’t block setup if left unanswered
📌 What happens if I’ve already answered some questions?
- Your existing answers will appear automatically — and the completion status will reflect what’s already been set
📌 Can I still access the current modal?
- Yes, the current modal will pop-out and enable you to answer questions
- If you need more space, just click the expand button
📌 What’s coming next?
Coming Late September/Early October you’ll be able to:
- Toggle Yes/No values and enter text directly in the Tools Panel — no pop-ups
- Lock or unlock variable values for child sites right from the Tools Panel
- Set placeholders as values with a single click
- Finish even more of your setup without needing to open the modal
