- Access certificates by downloading completion certificates for finished courses.
2. Getting started
2.1. Your learning homepage
When you log in, you will see a personalised homepage that includes:
- Assigned to you, which shows mandatory or assigned learning.
- Continue learning, which lists courses you have already started.
- Recommended for you, which suggests content based on your role and interests.
- Curated by your organisation, which highlights content selected by your organisation.
2.2. Main navigation
- Home, which takes you to your personalised homepage.
- Search, which allows you to find new learning content.
- Learning, which shows your saved, in‑progress, and completed learning.
3. Finding content
3.1. Search for learning
You can use the search function to find courses by:
- Entering keywords or topics.
- Using filters such as provider, language, duration, type, or level.
- Browsing by category.
3.2. AI chat assistant
You can ask the AI chat questions in natural language, such as:
- "I need training on workplace safety."
- "Show me leadership courses for managers."
- "Find short videos about communication skills."
The AI will suggest relevant content from your organisation’s library.
4. Managing your learning
4.1. Accessing your courses
Assigned learning
- Appears in the “Assigned to you” section on your homepage.
- Shows due dates for mandatory training.
- Is prioritised by urgency.
In‑progress learning
- Appears under “Continue learning” on your homepage.
- Can also be accessed through the Learning menu.
- Allows you to resume exactly where you left off.
Completed learning
- Appears in your learning history in the Learning menu.
- Allows you to download certificates for completed courses.
- Helps you track your achievements.
4.2. Saving content for later
You can save content you are interested in and access it later through the Learning menu.

The learning platform works on all devices without requiring an app download. You can log in through your web browser on a phone, tablet, or computer.
