📌 What's new in this release?

• Document Management — a new way to register and track document details on every page
• Document Register report — a central report of every document you've registered, with filtering and export
• Mazlan AI — a refreshed look, with quick-start suggestions and saved chat history
• Page History — a refreshed look, with Restore and Compare built into the panel, plus one-click printable versions
• Images in the content editor — resize, align, and wrap text around images in your content

📌 Document Management

• As an admin, you can now register document details — type, category, owner, approval, and review status — at each and every page
• Some fields, like Document type, come with a pre-suggested list you can manage; remove items you don't need, or add new ones. These lists are maintained within your organization by an admin
• Switching on Is review required reveals more fields, for approval, reviewer, review frequency, and comments
• Every document's details are kept in history whenever they're updated, including reviewer comments — these aren't surfaced on screen yet, but the history is being kept for when that view becomes available
• On a parent site, create the document register first, then use Group Lock so child sites inherit the same values automatically
• Remember to update the document details if a module gets updated or republished, so they stay current

📌 Document Register report

• Every document you register appears in the new Document Register report, under Settings
• It's filtered by default to Review Required? = Yes, so you can see what needs attention first
• Clear the filter, and every other field — Document Type, Category, Owner, Reviewer, Page Visibility, and more — can be searched and filtered too
• Export the report as a CSV or a PDF, to keep working on it or share it with your team

📌 Mazlan AI — a refreshed look

• Mazlan has a new look, with a few suggested ways to get started, like creating or summarising a policy
• Your chat history is available too — every past conversation with Mazlan is saved, so you can pick up right where you left off

📌 Page History — a refreshed look

• The current version is now clearly marked, and every entry shows a longer summary right in the list
• Hover over any version to see its complete change log in a tooltip
• Compare to current version and Restore now sit right under each entry in the Page History panel, so there's no need to look elsewhere
• Click directly on a history entry to open a printable view of that exact version straight away
• From the printable view, right-click and choose Print, or press Ctrl+P — set the printer to Save as PDF for a polished document ready to share

📌 Images in the content editor

• You can now build your content with images — resizing them and choosing how they align, with or without the surrounding text wrapping around them
• Select an image and the controls appear right above it, or in the main toolbar
• Wrap text tightly against one side, let it flow around both sides, or turn wrapping off and align the image left, right, or centered
• In the Context Key editor, alignment and resizing still work, but wrapping text beside the image isn't available — this is intentional, so surrounding text can't connect unexpectedly with the content before and after it
