How to Distribute a Shared Assurance Report
Who is this article for?Full Users who want guidance on subscribing other Full Users to a shared report.
Full User Type and Share Report Access Role are required.
Assurance allows Full Users to share and distribute their Custom Reports with other Full Users. These are called Enterprise Subscriptions. An Enterprise Subscription requires the Custom Report to be shared to the Full Users who are being subscribed to it. Once enabled, Assurance will email the Full User with a PDF or Spreadsheet of the Custom Report at the subscribed frequency.

How to Distribute a Shared Assurance Report
1. Select on the Reports tab from the top menu.
2. Select your desired Custom Report from the middle column.
3. Under Enterprise Subscription, select Click to Subscribe to this report. Choose the desired report frequency, subscribers and format.
Please note
The option for Enterprise Subscription will only be visible if the report has been shared with other Full Users.
4. Select on the blue tick to save your changes. Your report will be sent to everyone in your chosen format via email.
5. To edit, select on the subscription or select Unsubscribe All to remove the subscription entirely.

Report Subscriptions can only be created on Custom Reports. Customise a Built In Report and save it as a Custom Report before sharing it.

Contact the Report Owner if you would like to be removed from an Enterprise Subscription.
